Mephiles

Based off of the Mephiles in the Fan game Sonic Battle Lost Ending Neo, its not the best, not the worst, but like one of the only 3 Mephiles in mugen -.- Comes with the stage featured in the screenshot

Orochi Sonic

Remember that time I used to just make tons of unbalanced characters..what do you mean I still do, bosses are meant to be unbalanced. Well this is one of them.
